i know ULTA does, ive been trying to track them down too. try sephora, and places like walgreens and stuff. don't get them confused with niks sticks by OPI, i luv the brand but they are two different things. checking a places website before i go to the store helps me find stuff that i need. target might have some. good luck!Which stores carry Nail Art Pens by Sally Hansen?
