I love to paint nails and do designs on them, so for the details i want to buy 2 way nail art pens. I saw some on ebay and wondered if they are any good and worth buying. If not do you have any suggestion where i could by them?

i bought some at the fair and theyre awesome! at the beginning theyrelike 20 bucks for a box, but its so worth it because they have free refills!
