Which is better OPI nic's sticks or Sally Hansen's nail art pens?

I really want to purchase a nail pen but i cant decide which polish is better quality and goes on smoother. any help?Which is better OPI nic's sticks or Sally Hansen's nail art pens?
I bought the nic stick and didn't like it. SH's is really good, for me at least. Even though I don't like SH at all, I liked this one :}

and, really, any pen can turn out to be good because all you need is practice. If the quality is good,that is.Which is better OPI nic's sticks or Sally Hansen's nail art pens?
I have tried the Sally Hansen nail art pen to try to give myself a french manicure (with the white one). I was not happy with it. It does not go on as precise as shown and I followed the directions and didn't apply it on a bare nail. I put a clear coat down first. I have also tried another ';pen'; type for the same purpose and got nearly the same messy result. I think the pens are okay for doing just a normal coat, but trying to do a design or anything is just very hard.
Definitely OPI. I have used OPI for years and I was never disappointed. I have tried other nail art pens, but none worked as good as OPI
OPI nail polish always works better. It doesn't peel off.
OPI in general is better, I would go with that. Hope this helps
