How can you do nail art with normal nailpolish at home?

i don't have designing nailpolish but i love to do nail art i want to do at home with my normal nailpolish but how?How can you do nail art with normal nailpolish at home?

well you can get a tooth pick and draw a design but they have cheap nail art at like walmart or walgreens that just stick to your nail. But if you only had nail polish, best bet is to use the tooth pick.
You can try using a toothpick and dipping it in the paint. The best thing to do is go to a beauty supply store like Sally's, and buy those skinny nail polishes. They're cheap and easier to use for nail art.
First do 3 coats of regular nailpolish (whatever color)


One coat of clear polish (optional)

i saw a thing in a book once that you can like put of drop of polish on your nail and then get it how you want using a toothpick-for like flowers and leaves....
As everybody else pretty much said, get a toothpick and dip it into the nail polish and you can come up with all these things to paint on your nails.
u have to get a really really thin brush and slash and swipe your nails in different colors and add stones.
you can buy stencils (for your nails) anywhere or you can use cellotape :)
