well u need 2 different nail polishes





step 1:fully paint your nails with one color


step 2:let them dry


step 3:dump a little of a different color nail polish in a bowl or peice of paper





step 4:take a toothpick and dip the tip on the dumped nail polish


step 5:put a certain amount of dots with your toothpick on the side of your nail


step 5:do it with all of ur nails and ur done!

i dont know any site because i use my own techniques. if u want a french manicure, put a piece of tape on the end of your nail, then paint your nail %26amp; when it drys%26lt; peel the tape off. it will look really cute.
