I think you could do the tips with foil (the diamond foil would be a bonus).


You could pull apart the green scourer on a sponge to form a background for the rest of the nail, or try newspaper (the small print).


You could use a piece of floss to devide the two, it could be cool if you could make a bow with it too!


Hmm, if you have any old stud earrings you could always dot them about on the nail...

try use old magazine, newpaper, cut them into small pieces and them stick them using pva glue
