the metal tip is for dotting the thin brush inside is for striping. Practice and experiment with it. You can get great books on nail art from the net.How to use the nail art pen with the metal tip???
put the nail art pen into the glu and then put it into the decoration bead that u want, after that pass in on your nail for a few minute.
NOTE : I recommend u not to do it cuz I been done at the shop, it was beautifull but destroying your nail in the long run.
It would hurt a bit to use the tip (like a corrector pen), but is kinda tidier. I personally like the brush, because I can wave it all the way I want (like usual nail polish).
You can do either, depending on what design your doing. Open the cap and use the brush or take the tip off and use the pen. Does not matter.
