yes they are if u kno how to use them properly they can be fun and u can do neat designs u cant do with nail polish...good luckNail art pens question?
I have wanted to try them too. I think they are worth buying, just don't go for a design to hard.

I got tons of nail art pens recently and they work great! I love them! just make sure you put a clear coat over your nails after use
No offense but, your hair is very boring! Liven it up! Add some color (blondes, lighter brown) NOT pink or blue and all that sh!t. Get layers and a side swept bangs. You'll look soo much cuter! :)))
ya i have one and it works great but like kelsey said make sure to have a clear coat over or else it'll come off really easy
