What are some contra actions to nail art?

what are some contra actions to nail art treatment what procedure or advice should be given thanksWhat are some contra actions to nail art?
Contra-action to nail art would include.

A reaction to the base coat, colours or topcoat used that could cause redness swelling or itching. If this occurs then the client should be advised to have it removed and see their Dr for suitable treatment

The only other one I can think of is in the case of 3d or pierced nails, the jewellery getting caught and ripping the nail or the rhinestones/other raised artwork rubbing adjacent fingers. The client should be advised to return for removal and repair if this should happen. What are some contra actions to nail art?
Nail art doesn't cause many contra-actions....maybe an allergy to the paints you use, but that'd probably be it, as you're not using any sharp tools etc that would cause infection or nail plate damage.

Obviously if there's a reaction to the paint/polish, the best thing to do would be remove it and refer to a GP.
damage the nail plate

damage the cuticle

not really sure what else :S
