i guess that a no.. acrylic paint are more roughier to be used an a nail art. and are water based .they will be washed away easily on nails. acrylics are often used on canvas or wooden materialCan you use acrylic paint (the ones that you get from craft stores) for nail art? are they the same?
probably not. acrylic paint may be toxic so it might seep into skin.
