Nail art polish basically looks like nail vanish but instead of a brush it has a real fine brush. You can also get pens where one end draws like little dots and the other has a fine brush. They avry slightly depending on make - but they are basically all for doing nail art details.





You can get sets of colours or idividual ones on ebay for really cheap

I'm in Auckland NZ. I see it everywhere, mostly in pharmacies but some beauty salons sell it over the counter.
