NO! not at all! i bought one for 10 bucks! and all it did was spill all over my nails and make a huge mess same thing with the nail polish ugh i hate that brandDo those sally hansen nail art pens really work?
kind of. they just take practice. if you're really good at it, then it works awesome. but some people cant get the hang of it. i tried them and i like them.

NO! i bought one for 8 bucks and helll no its not worth it. all it does is spill all over your nails.
