Put your base color on and let it dry good and then take a tooth pick and put your design on, if you dont let the base color dry then it will all smear and just be a mess. dots are the best way to make designs if you try to make lines or anything they usually aren't even and dont turn out like you planned. you could make simple flowers or just designs.Does anyone know how to make simple nail art with the thin nail polish?
