Do you know where I can find nail art brushes? The kind where you can draw designs on your nails? I dont want to buy them online from ebay. I was wondering where can you get them locally? I live in maryland.

I don't know about Wal Mart or Target, but I do know that you can definitely find them at beauty supply stores, like Sally's. (I know Sally's has stores in Maryland.)
If you don't have a beauty supply store near your house, you could check out craft stores, and look for long, thin, synthetic brushes.
